These fun-filled interactive sticks have an elastic rope with a toy at the end.  As you bounce the toy, it makes chirpy sounds. 

Great interactive toy for you and your cat/kitten.  Although this is a cat toy, we have found that small dogs and puppies also love playing with it as well, and because the toy itself is not made of feathers and other easily breakable bits, it is not a hazard for your puppy.  But do make sure it is put away nicely when not in use.
